From 1 January 2019, the dental amalgam is used only in the form of an encapsulated dose. <\/span><span title=\"Zakazuje si\u0119 stosowania przez lekarzy dentyst\u00f3w rt\u0119ci w formie niekapsu\u0142kowanej.\n\">Dentists are not allowed to use mercury in non-encapsulated form.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Od 1 lipca 2018 roku\n\n\">From July 1, 2018<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"2.Od dnia 1 lipca 2018 r. amalgamatu stomatologicznego nie mo\u017cna stosowa\u0107 w leczeniu z\u0119b\u00f3w mlecznych, w leczeniu stomatologicznym dzieci w wieku poni\u017cej 15 lat oraz kobiet ci\u0119\u017carnych lub karmi\u0105cych, z wyj\u0105tkiem sytuacji, w kt\u00f3rych lekarz dentysta uzna to za absolutnie niezb\u0119dne z uwagi na\">2. From 1 July 2018 dental amalgam may not be used in the treatment of deciduous teeth, in the dental treatment of children under 15 years of age and pregnant or nursing women, except when the dentist deems it absolutely necessary due to <\/span><span title=\"szczeg\u00f3lne potrzeby medyczne pacjenta.\n\">special medical needs of the patient.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Do dnia 1 lipca 2019 roku\n\n\">Until 1 July 2019<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"3.Do dnia 1 lipca 2019 r. ka\u017cde pa\u0144stwo cz\u0142onkowskie opracuje krajowy plan dotycz\u0105cy \u015brodk\u00f3w, jakie zamierza wdro\u017cy\u0107 w celu stopniowego ograniczania stosowania amalgamatu stomatologicznego.\">3.On 1 July 2019, each Member State shall draw up a national plan regarding the measures it intends to implement to gradually reduce the use of dental amalgam. <\/span><span title=\"Pa\u0144stwa cz\u0142onkowskie publicznie udost\u0119pniaj\u0105 w internecie swoje krajowe plany oraz przekazuj\u0105 je Komisji w ci\u0105gu miesi\u0105ca od ich przyj\u0119cia.\n\">Member States shall make their national plans publicly available on the internet and forward them to the Commission within one month of their adoption.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Od 1 stycznia 2019 roku\n\n\">From January 1, 2019<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"4.Od dnia 1 stycznia 2019 r. podmioty prowadz\u0105ce gabinety stomatologiczne, w kt\u00f3rych stosowany jest amalgamat stomatologiczny lub w kt\u00f3rych usuwane s\u0105 wype\u0142nienia z amalgamatu stomatologicznego lub z\u0119by zawieraj\u0105ce takie wype\u0142nienia zapewniaj\u0105 wyposa\u017cenie swoich gabinet\u00f3w w separatory amalgamatu do cel\u00f3w zatrzymywania i zbierania cz\u0105stek amalgamatu, w\">4.
